The basis of all power supplies, battery chargers and UPS systems is the compact modules from Eltek. By placing these modules in series, possibly interconnected with a controller, a power supply with a higher power can be built. Eltek has focused on the manufacture of DC modules. Eltek now also has a module, the Rectiverter, which combines AC and DC output voltage and is used as a building block for AC-UPS systems. In addition, Eltek uses the Bravo AC modules, available as a compact 2.5KVA module or as a more powerful 20KVA module for larger UPS systems.

Eltek offers 2 types of DIN rail modules:
• Delta Cliq modules of 3A-40A, 24-48VDC output voltage
• Micropack 10A modules, optional with monitoring for 1 - 4 modules
The Delta Cliq modules are handy power supplies for use in panel construction. Various variants are available, which can handle both AC and DC input voltage. These modules are type approved and are produced by the parent company of Eltek, Delta Inc.
The Micropack modules are hot-swappable and deliver 240W of power in 1 module. Up to 4 modules can be built together in combination with a control unit, resulting in a 1kW controlled power supply.
Eltek essentially has 2 pure DC modules, which are used as building blocks for battery chargers and DC power supplies:
Flatpack S
Flatpack 2
The Flatpack S is the smallest module of the 2 and comes in various versions. The 24VDC module delivers 1,000W / 40A as standard and can be supplied with 85-300VAC. There is a corresponding Smartpack S controller, which has the same dimensions and is provided with a 2.2 ”screen, on the basis of which a controlled power supply can be built up with battery monitoring.
The Flatpack 2 is the larger module in comparison with the Flatpack S and is also available in various versions. In addition to Flatpack 2 rectifiers, there are also Flatpack 2 inverters, which can handle a DC input voltage of 20-75VDC and deliver 1,350W of power. The Flatpack 2 rectifiers provide 24, 48, 60, 110 or 220VDC24VDC and 1,800-2,000W output if required. There is a corresponding Smartpack 2 controller, which has the same dimensions and is equipped with a 3.2 "TFT screen, on the basis of which a controlled power supply can be built up with battery monitoring.
The Flatpack S and Flatpack 2 are interchangeable under voltage. In both cases, the controllers can also be accessed via a web browser.
The Rectiverter module supplies both AC and DC output. A 115VAC or a 230VAC module can be chosen for the AC output. Based on the Rectiverter module, a power supply or UPS can be built, which simultaneously supplies the batteries, directly with DC, and serves as an AC power supply for the connected equipment. Basically, a Rectiverter module with 230VAC input voltage delivers 1.5KVA power (230VAC) and 1200W output 48VDC. A static changeover switch (static bypass switch) has become superfluous with the Rectiverter.
The Rectiverter module is also interchangeable under voltage.
The Twin Sine Inverter (TSI) Bravo modules are used for the construction of a larger AC UPS. The Bravo modules convert 48-220VDC input voltage to 230VAC, whereby 2.5KVA nominal output is achieved per module. The AC is also automatically delivered clean based on a filter. Just like the Flatpack S, Flatpack 2 and Rectiverter module, the Bravo modules have a very high efficiency of up to 96.5%, which largely prevents unwanted power losses in the form of heat. The TSI Bravo modules can also be exchanged under voltage.
For larger applications, in any case with AC UPS systems above 60 KVA, 20KVA modules are used, which means that larger UPS systems can also remain very compact.
