RGB frames
The RGB frame is basically a window for collapsing in concrete, in a wall or floor. In addition to the standard RGB frame, there is also a surface-mounted variant of this frame, equipped with bolt holes, the RGG frame. There is also a variant of the RGB frame that has been developed for placement around existing cables, in an existing situation: the RGGOK frame.

RGB Collapsed frame
The RGB frame is available in steel (with a protective primer), galvanized steel, stainless steel or aluminum. For most situations, we recommend the use of the galvanized version, which is more resistant to rust. Water is released when pouring and hardening concrete, as a result of which a standard steel window is more likely to suffer from rust.
The RGB windows have a rectangular opening and around a flange edge of 60 mm width, including the raised edge. The depth of the RGB window is also 60mm. The filling space in the window is always 120.5 mm (+/- 0.5 mm) wide as standard. The height differs depending on the basic size of the RGB, RGB2, RGB4, RGB6 and RGB8. The RGB2 has a fill space that is 100mm high; the RGB4 is 160mm, the RGB6 is 220mm and the RGB8 is 280mm. 40mm of the available height is destined for the final seal, the remaining space is available for cables and blocks.
The RGB frames are standard made of 6 mm thick steel (type S235). Only with multiple windows are the steel partitions between the individual spaces 10 mm thick.
