Telco is a Norwegian producer based on the west coast, near Trondheim. Since its establishment in 1973, the company has specialized in the production of electric heaters in aluminum. In addition, the company has its own foundry, which supplies fittings, gutters, plates and ventilation systems.
Telco has developed a series of stoves specifically for the maritime market that meet the specific requirements on board. This product line, the T2RIB series, has been specially developed for ships and offshore: compact, vibration-resistant, with IP44 sealing class and made from seawater-resistant aluminum.
An important feature of the Telco heaters is the high heat output. Compared to conventional convection heaters, the electric Telco heaters provide a significantly higher efficiency with the same surface area on the wall. The 1600W version only requires 0.17 m² of wall space.
The Telco ship heaters are fully splash-proof (IP44) and suitable for wet areas and shower cabins. The heaters are fitted as standard with a protective grid on the top of the stove and an automatic fuse. The ship heaters are designed in a sleek design, equipped with stainless steel elements and a junction box of self-extinguishing plastic (class V-O).
