All MCT Brattberg recessed penetrations are watertight and fire retardant. This includes the RGP, MSR and Deck & Bulkhead glands.
MCT Brattberg has a range of round transits available under the name RGP. The RGP penetrations were originally developed for the penetration of pipes in ship walls and in offshore applications. The RGP transits are also widely used as conduit for cables and pipes in existing concrete walls, since the RGP can be mounted without further tools in a hole drilled to the correct size. The RGP is a pressure-tight penetration, which is also certified as a fire-retardant penetration
The RGP frames can be mounted in a steel sleeve with flange (SFRB) flange (surface-mounted), but also directly in the concrete.
The RGPO was previously the open version of the RGP. This is intended for situations where the cables have already been pulled, through the opening you can easily clamp the frame around the cables. Since early 2022, the RGPO has expired and the RGP has a lengthwise opening by default, like the RGPO.

The MCT Brattberg MSR Cable gland is a pressure-resistant cable gland, tested to 15 bar, developed for the rapid passage of cables or pipes in an existing steel wall. In addition to pressure-resistant, the MSR cable gland is also A60 fire-retardant. To apply the MSR cable gland, only a custom hole needs to be drilled in the steel wall or floor. Welding is not necessary, which saves a lot of time. The MSR Gland is
available is galvanized steel or in stainless steel 316L.
The MSR Swivel, is available in ten standard variants. Deviating sizes are available in consultation. The MSR Gland range is suitable for cables from 4 to 32 mm. In addition to single-cable glands, multi-cable glands (up to 8) are also available.
