As with all areas on board a ship, the open deck places special demands on installed equipment whether the area is for work, embarkation, rescue or winching. In addition, the visibility of the ship itself and its surroundings must also be taken into account. The required lighting solution must work in all weather conditions. A good lighting solution primarily provides a safe working environment for the crew.
The innovative LED outdoor lighting fixtures are applicable for a wide range of different spaces, e.g. workshops, passageways etc. They are designed to meet marine requirements and to save energy and maintenance costs thanks to their extremely long service life. The combination of material and design ensures excellent heat control and thus a long life.

FX60
The FX60 EX LED floodlight is based on the standard FL60 floodlight and is suitable for use in zone I Ex areas. Unlike the FL60, the FX60 EX features flat lenses over each individual unit, whereas with the FL60 they are spherical. Like the FL60, each individual module delivers a light output of 4500lm and the FX60 EX is available with 1, 2, 3 or 4 modules in one housing. The housing is in all cases made of 316L stainless steel. Each module consumes 40W. Regardless of the number of modules, each version of the FX60 EX is available in a narrow beam, medium beam or wide beam version, depending on the desired opening angle of the floodlight's light. LED provides direct light and the floodlight is immune to voltage fluctuations. The special design of seawater resistant aluminum anodized module housing provides excellent cooling. The mounting frame and bracket are made of stainless steel.
The floodlights are IECEx, ATEX, RMRS and TRCU certified.
