Pipe transits
The sealing system of PSI Sealing is the ideal sealing system for the single duct implementation. The PSI sealling plug consists of two equal, semicircular rubber parts and has four application areas, namely: application in PVC pipes, application in steel casing pipes in both DIN and ASTM dimensions and an application in standard drill holes and aluminum pipes. By applying a seal of PSI Sealing in FS version, a gas and watertight as well as fire resistant seal is created for your pipe.
PSI Plugs
Theunissen Technical Trading has been supplying PSI Sealing plugs since 2011. The PSI plugs are produced in the Netherlands and are the ideal single transit plugs for pipes. The PSI plugs are manufactured on the basis of more than 30 years of experience in rubber production:

All PSI plugs are supplied per set of 2, so for the sealing of one pipe.

The most important features of the PSI Sealing plugs at a glance:
• Successfully tested up to 3 bar compressive strength (Lloyd's Register)

Five types of rubber, five different applications
The PSI Sealing PSI plugs used as standard are made of EPDM rubber. These standard plugs are waterproof (tested to a pressure of 3 bar) and gas-tight. In addition to the standard EPDM plugs, there are 4 other types of rubber, each with their specific characteristics. To be able to distinguish them easily, each variant has its own recognizable color; the red Fire Safe plugs, brown silicone plugs, blue nitrile plugs and greenviton plugs.
Dimensions of the PSI plugs
The PSI plugs from PSI Sealing are available in 4 sizes, PVC, DIN, DH-AP (aluminum) and ASTM. PSI plugs can also be used cold in the concrete. The drilled holes can be selected yourself; in many cases the drill holes will correspond to the standard sizes for aluminum pipes, DH-AP.
Various successive outside dimensions are available for each of the 4 types, with successive inside dimensions available for each outside dimension. PSI plugs for 6-202mm pipes are available depending on the type chosen. For detailed information, see attached size chart.
