Talk-back
Zenitel has various systems for giving instructions and commands on board, also called talk-back systems. Two basic systems are currently available: the Vingtor-Stentofon ETB / CTB platform and the Phontech CIS platform. In time, the ETB and CTB systems will be phased out.
ETB and CTB Talk-Back system
The well-known ETB system of Vingtor-Stentofon consists of a main post and 5 or 10 sub-posts. In addition, a more extensive CTB system is available, whereby up to 20 sub-items can be linked to 1 to 4 main items.
CIS Talk-Back system
The Phontech Talk-Back / Command Intercom System (CIS) is compact and based on the DIN standard dimensions for installation in the desk. The CIS 3100 product line includes 3 different main stations; type 3100 with 5 lines, type 3101 with 10 and type 3102 with 20 lines. The CIS 3130 system contains 1 master station, 1-4 external stations and a maximum of 15 substations. Control of PA zones is also possible
