Invoices also available in XML format

The ERP package which TTT is using, allows us to send our invoices not only in PDF format, but also as an E-invoice (XML format). If the financial (ERP) system of your organization offers the possibility to import XML files, the invoices sent to you can be easily imported into your ERP environment. In this way, our invoices can not only be archived in your system automatically, but the amounts from the invoice are also imported into your system. This method simplifies and speeds up the processing of our invoices and also prevents errors that could occur during data entry. We are happy to make the processing of our E-invoices available to all our customers and will therefore send each invoice as standard in both formats, PDF file and XML E-invoice, to the address provided by you.
