Over the past period, TTT has conducted a CSR and satisfaction survey among its most important stakeholders. Questions about the CSR policy at TTT and the attention for this theme from the company were raised with customers, suppliers and employees. In addition, a satisfaction survey was carried out for all employees as well as for a selection of customers. This research covers both the CSR objectives of TTT, the experience of the order process for customers and the employees' own opinions.
