The corona virus is gripping the world on a global scale and has far-reaching consequences, both socially and economically. Theunissen Technical Trading BV (TTTBV) also closely follows the developments surrounding the Covid-19 virus, as well as all new and already announced measures from RIVM and the government, to ensure that the virus is spread as controlled as possible.
TTTBV, like all companies, has taken measures to minimize the risk of the virus spreading. Several colleagues work from home, and those who still work at the office take various safety measures into account. We also refrain from visiting customers on location, which we would like to replace with contact by telephone or video conference. Visits to our office will be canceled and physical personal contact will be completely avoided when handling our shipments and receipts. We will remain available for the time being, both by telephone and by email, and we will continue to support you as best as possible with advice and delivery of the product lines we carry.
In this way, we would like to point out that we assume that there may be delays and interruptions in our supply lines. This is not yet clearly the case, other than that some delivery times have become longer. We will always inform you as a customer as soon as we are informed of delivery delays. For the longer term and for longer-term projects, it is very difficult for us to estimate the impact of international measures on the availability of the products and systems we offer, but we cannot exclude that as a result of the drastic measures there will eventually be consequences with regard to the availability of our products. We will of course always keep you informed about this.
In this way we hope to have informed you in a general sense. It goes without saying that we will keep in touch with you about all individual deliveries and projects, which we will continue to handle as optimally as possible.
